Merry Christmas

It's currently ten past nine at night on the 24th December and I'm sat in bed cosied up with a bottle of water rather than a hot chocolate since I need to sleep soon and I've been feeling a bit off the last few days.

My cheap but well lastest fairy lights are illuminating the room in a warm glow, the light bouncing off the multiple small circular mirrors that surround my mirror here in my bedroom at home. Creating a somewhat Christmassy atmosphere, or at least as close as I'm going to get this year.

My nails are in the process of drying since I re-painted them in a dark red colour from BarryM, that I am really loving for this season and I have Girl's Generation TTS 'Dear Santa' playing in the background, being one of my favourite Christmas songs it's on repeat.

This post doesn't have much of a destination, I just really wanted to put something up to wish everyone who reads this a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year if I don't get anything up till the new year has passed.

I've seemed to have an unplanned break from blogging this last month or so, university definitely is hard and takes up a lot of time. And though I did plan to get back into the full swing of blogging once I broke up for the holiday's something happened, if you follow me on twitter you might be able to guess what, but it kind of threw me off. As well as not feeling myself, which I guess was one of the reasons I haven't blogged in like the last month. But with the new year coming, I'm reading to get my head around everything I want to do.

Though it's Christmas tomorrow, I've not really been feeling the Christmas spirit and to be honest with you all I haven't really been feeling festive for the last couple of years. However, it has been nice to be home from university where I don't have to cook every meal and I can catch up with all the television I've missed; I was finally able to watch the end of Cassini and Blue Planet.

Anyway there's not really much else to say and I need to put another layer of colour on my nails but I hope you all have a relaxing holiday and have fun doing whatever you are doing.

Merry Christmas
