Jouellerie Jewellery Review

I always like to say, that for every outfit there is a piece of jewellery that completes it. Despite this, I actually don't own much jewellery outside of the pieces you got as a kid from magazines or Claires. So when the other month the lovely people at Jouellerie Jewellery offered to send me these gorgeous pieces from their collection to review I thought why not.

I don't think I'm able to pick a favourite out of these pieces but I do have one the caught my eye straight away. The Artemis Bracelet is a gorgeous rose copper colour, that though isn't the usual colour of jewellery I go for, silver suits my skin tone the best, it is something that is growing on me.

There has always been one piece of jewellery that I've had a love/hate relationship with and that is stud earrings. My ears are not the strongest competitor when it comes to my confidence, so I've always stayed away from earrings and just had my hair hide my ears. But since within the sets from Jouellerie, three of them came with studs ranging in sizes [Crown Earrings, Arabella Set and Trinity Set] I decided to challenge myself to wear them. And you know what, I've actually fallen back in love with wearing earrings again. I now kind of feel lost without any on. As for the actual earrings, they're not too small so easy to put on, plus the backs actually stay on. I've also put them through the shower test, by accident mind you, and the colour doesn't rub off and no stain was left on my ears. I feel like that might be weird to comment on but the amount of times that has happened to me in the past is unreal.

The rest of the pieces were bracelets. The Arabella Set, Trinity Set and Aeliana Set all consisted of bracelets, the latter two of which were more bangle style. It's been a while since I've worn anything other than a watch and some hair ties of my wrists but these were a nice change. I have to admit that though the bangles fitted nicely the other bracelet was a little large, I'm still wondering if there is a way to shorten it. Despite that all the pieces are light and delicate, something that I look for in my jewellery.

Overall I've really loved all these items. Plus the jewellery is on the affordable side. Even so, if any of you also want to treat yourself to a few extra items of jewellery I have a discount code for Jourellerie Jewellery SOPHR10 for 10% off accessories from their site
